The Oasi Verde project started back in 2003 with the desire to get away from the metropolis in favor of a healthy and natural lifestyle. The Oasi Verde is situated in a '60s large villa,the summer residence of wealthy personality from the city of Sestri Levante. Restored in 2006,it retains the original style of the house so they can offer a pleasant stay into a very green place,in a very quiet environment,good for relaxation and a pleasant outstanding views of the Petronio's valley and surrounding hills. The rural setting is surrounded by a sparse woods of chestnut trees,olive groves and vineyards.The Oasi Verde is ideally situated in a dominant position(sea view),the valley is just 20 minutes drive from the famous resort of Sestri Levante. From Sestri one can easily reach places of Riviera as Chiavari,Portofino,Santa Margherita and Rapallo. Following the direction for La Spezia is possible to arrive at Cinque Terre's Natural Park in less than one hour by car.Also 15 km away you will find the characteristic medieval village of Varese Ligure. For customers who may have problems with physical disabilities was done everything possible to facilitate their access and comfort in displacement.
Upon delivery of the keys will be given a remote to open the electric gate so you can enter the car up front the door of the B & B. The doors are all adequate measures for passage of a wheelchair, but also the rooms have been designed for steps of 80 cm and not create problems of access to beds.
The bathroom as well as being equipped with a door wide, it is designed to offer maximum comfort to those who had access with a wheelchair. The shower is at floor level, the sanitary fixtures special water and has its hand shower.
In any case we will always be ready to offer all the help and assistance can to put you at ease and make you feel at home, be alone or with assistance.
In order to reach us from Genova, traveling A12 in the direction Livorno exit Sestri Levante. After exiting,follow the left line up, then turn left straight for 500m and turn left again. Straight up and turn right following the direction Casarza Ligure (sign-Velva Tunnel). Pass Casarza Ligure, continue straight for Castiglione Chiavarese pass by. Just outside the village, turn right in direction (Velva sign) into a strongly curved path for about two Km. When you arrive straight uphill you will find a junction so take the curve elbow to the right (CARRO sign) and continue for 400 meters, we we are on the right side of the road.
Instead if you are coming from La Spezia directing to Genova, follow the exit to Borghetto Vara. Continue straight until you find Ponte Santa Margherita, then turn left following to Carro. Straight for several kilometers through the Maissana territory and you will reach the sign "Velva". After 500 meters you will see the B&B on the left side of the road.
Free internal or external parking is always available.
